Practicalities

Your Personal Coaching Experience 

Since the agenda belongs entirely to you, the style of coaching will be tailored to your own needs so each coaching programme created will be as unique as you are.

Sessions

Typically, a personal coaching programme consists of six sessions held over a period of three months, with each session lasting between 50 and 90 minutes. The sessions are scheduled at the time of setting the contract. Longer and shorter programmes can also be arranged depending on individual needs. ‘Top-up’ or ‘MOT’ sessions are also available.

We will have an initial discussion to find out what you are looking for and to manage expectations. If we agree to proceed a contract is set up with terms and conditions of the programme.

Personal Coaching Experiences are bespoke and designed to suit your needs.

My popular 3-month coaching experience includes:

* Six fortnightly face-to-face coaching sessions with a great view of the river in London (refreshments are available).

* Unlimited email support and take home exercises over the three month period that furthers your progress and development.

* A 30 minute telephone consultation before we meet so you can ask me anything you’d like to know about the process and experience and I can find out what you would like to explore with coaching.

* A comprehensive ‘pre-coaching questionnaire’ that helps you gain clarity around what you would like to achieve, ensuring you get maximum value and come focused and ready for our first session.

* A review half-way through your coaching programme to track your progress towards your desired coaching outcomes and to reflect on what we can do together to ensure you get the most from the second half of the programme.

* A full post-coaching evaluation’ reflecting on your coaching journey from where you were at the beginning and reviewing how far you have come.

Location & Flexibility

Sessions are available on Wednesdays and Thursdays during the day and in the evening, and on other weekdays in the evening. The location is flexible, as well as the frequency of your sessions. We can meet face-to-face, over Skype or over the phone. This can all be discussed during our initial telephone consultation.
